Description Neuroimaging findings are commonly seen in Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH) but are nonspecific and have not been shown to have prognostic value. We previously found abnormal diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) signal in the optic nerve head in IIH but qualitative assessment did not correlate with visual outcomes. We aimed to determine whether quantitative assessment of restricted diffusion in the optic nerve head using apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) was abnormal in IIH and would better correlate with visual outcomes.
