Description |
Several congenital anomalies are associated with optic nerve excavations, and identifying the correct diagnosis can have implications for patient management. Papillorenal syndrome is a rare optic nerve dysplasia with characteristic ocular and renal abnormalities. We present a case of papillorenal syndrome diagnosed after the onset of renal failure and macular schisis. |
