Subject Perimetry
Description A portable perimeter that uses virtual reality (VR) can perform multiple elements of the ophthalmic examination, including the visual field test and visual acuity measurement. Portable perimetry devices enable frequent monitoring of patients' visual functions outside the office setting. Here, we present a case of a paediatric patient with a brain tumor who relied on a portable perimeter for at-home monitoring of visual acuity and visual field.
