Description Miller-Fisher Syndrome (MFS) is a Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) variant. Patients often have GQ1b antibodies and can present with ophthalmoplegia, areflexia, and ataxia. GBS can occur during pregnancy, but the frequency of MFS in pregnancy is unknown. We describe a patient with MFS during pregnancy and identify other reported cases.
