Description Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) is a rare and malignant neoplasm most commonly affecting the salivary glands and other glandular head and neck tissue. The most common cause of bilateral 6th nerve palsy in descending order is trauma, vascular lesions, and tumors. We present the first case of ACC causing bilateral 6th nerve palsy.
