Description The diagnosis of pseudotumor cerebri (PTC) can be straight forward when there is bilateral optic disc edema and when the symptoms, signs, and work-up match the modified Dandy-Walker criteria. However, in atypical patient presentations with asymmetric disc edema, there are diagnostic and treatment decision dilemmas.
