We describe a case in which a patient presented with unilateral decreased visual acuity. Examination notable for unilateral papilledema associated with choroidal hemorrhage and neovascularization. Diagnosis of idiopathic intracranial hypertension was made when bilateral papilledema and decreased visual acuity were noted. |
