| Description |
Atypical optic neuritis (ON) has devastating results if not treated properly. Thus, it's critical to consider starting plasma exchange (PLEX) early. We report case who has been diagnosed as typical ON; however, vision deteriorated and not responded to steroids. PLEX shortly administered, dramatic improvement noted, patient then diagnosed MOG-IgG ON. |
