Description Radiation-induced optic neuropathy (RON) is a delayed complication after radiation to the optic nerve, which typically results in severe, irreversible vision loss. The development of RON is dose dependent. We present a case of RON after treatment for juxtapapillary choroidal melanoma and discuss its imaging findings.
