Description Adrenal insufficiency as a cause of elevated intracranial pressure is unusual, and can be overlooked, leading to delayed diagnosis of primary endocrine dysfunction with potentially serious consequences. We present a case of papilledema as the presenting sign of Addison's disease to highlight this relationship.
