Description Vertical-torsional dissociated jerk nystagmus has been described in MLF lesions due to damage to input from the anterior and/or posterior semicircular canals and the utricle. Herein we report a case of dissociated verticaltorsional jerk nystagmus alongside a left INO and skew deviation in MS.
