| Description |
Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a B cell lymphoproliferative disorder that most often presents asymptomatically, but can rarely cause neurologic and neuro-ophthalmic complications. It may be mistaken for other great mimickers such as systemic lupus erythematosus and neurosarcoidosis. Neurologic manifestations are associated with transformation into a more aggressive form of CLL. |
