| Description |
A 44-year-old male presented with bilateral acute painless vision loss of two days duration. He had a history of long-standing asthma, allergic retinitis, recurrent sinusitis, and tingling feet sensation. His medication list included an albuterol inhaler, budesonide/formoterol fumarate inhaler, benralizumab subcutaneous monthly injection, and gabapentin. The ophthalmic exam showed a bilateral visual acuity (VA) of counting fingers closely and optic disc swelling in both eyes. |
