Description Acute Macular Neuroretinopathy (AMN) is a rare condition affecting less than one patient per million defined by transient or permanent vision loss. This is theorized to be due to vascular compromise of the retinal capillary plexus or systemic inflammation with microthrombosis and small-vessel occlusions. Here we present, to our knowledge, the first case in which AMN was caused COVID infection in the setting of pre-eclampsia and autoimmune pancreatitis.
