| Description |
Lambert-Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome (LEMS) is uncommon and associated with small cell lung cancer (SCLC). Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) is rare, and has also been reported in association with malignancy, most commonly, breast adenocarcinoma. We present a case of concurrent paraneoplastic LEMS and NMOSD due to underlying malignancy, which is an association that has not been previously reported. |
