Warenski-Duvall Commercial Building & Apartments aka the Old Iris Apartments, is a two story brick building owned by Edward J. Warenski, an early resident of Murray. It was purchased by the Duvall family in 1923. Early occupants of the building were Frank Metcalf's Auto Repair (4865), Granite Furniture (4867), & Carlisle Motor (4877). The architectural style is Victorian Eclectic. The second floor is apartments. |
