Description This is thought to be a photo of the fire that burned the office and printing plant of Murray's American Eagle newspaper. In the early 1920s a fire broke out possibly in the office and printing plant of Murray's American Eagle. The fire was somewhere south of 4800 South. The photo was taken from the east side of State St. opposite the Miller Cahoon Building looking to the southwest. Miller Mercury and the Hoffman building are also seen in the photo.
