The Utah Gymnastics team became the first team to win three-straight Pac-12 Championships since the conference expanded in 2012, winning the 2023 Pac-12 Championship. The Red Rocks competed in their NCAA-Record 47th consecutive National Championship; the team ended another incredible season finishing third in the nation for the third-straight year.

Utah posted its second-straight score of 198-plus at Pauley Pavilion to finish in first place with a 198.050. Jaedyn Rucker exploded for her second-straight Perfect 10 on vault at the regional competition. Utah's regional title is its 34th in program history and third straight. The Red Rocks remain the only team in the nation to have appeared at every national championship.
