Title Part 1 water vapor path length and radiative cooling factor tables to facilitate the solution of atmospheric radiation problems Part II an approximate method for determining the amount of solar radiation absorbed by water vapor in the atmosphere
Description Under the auspices of the U.S. Air Force, a project, investigating atmospheric energy exchanges through radiation was started by the reteorology Department of the University of Utah, 15 June 1950. As a part of this investigation, it will be necessary to compute corrected water vapor path lengths in the atmosphere.
