Description Since 2019, The Department of Pediatrics has nurtured a wellness ecosystem called Thriving in Pediatrics (TiP). TiP has worked on building a culture of connection, collaboration and community through activities and initiatives tailored to each individual division over the past several years including mindfulness retreats, food drives, empathetic communication curriculum, pet-picture submissions and work environment improvements. However, there has been a decrease in engagement noted following the COVID surge. We were hoping to improve awareness of the wellness initiatives through TiP with creation of a logo/branding. We have also developed a more formal plan, based on our own 8-Dimension Wellness Wheel that spans two years. We are three months in and are currently working on Financial Wellness after three months of Intellectual Wellness that included newsletters, links to resources and book suggestions.
