Description Problem Statement: Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, and BMT have 23 clinical faculty. During COVID-19 faculty were working remotely and facing multiple stressors, such as increased clinical demands. The environment was not conducive to good communication and collegiality, and the clinical faculty offices were not welcoming. In 2021, our division was going through a planned office renovation. Our wellness champions saw this as an opportune time to modify the offices. Goal/Aim Our goal was to make changes to the clinical faculty office environment to nudge faculty to return to the office and to design an environment that supported a culture of wellness. Actions Taken: -Personalized office by decorating with Utah landscape prints, with some contributed by staff and family members. -Implemented and a healthy snack and beverage bar, with input received by faculty. -Added a cork board wall that included faculty; photographs and what brings them wellness. • Re-worked a cork board wall to include the latest publications by faculty. • We bought/maintained low-light plants. -Hosted quarterly lunches with a wellness theme. • Created a wellness wall that includes group photographs and wellness resources. Summary of Results: We have successfully redesigned our faculty office space and continue to maintain our walls, plants, and snack and beverage bar.
