Subject High Intracranial Pressure/Headache; Retina; Pseudotumor Cerebri
Description Monitoring intracranial pressure (ICP) is hard to achieve but desirable for successful management of idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH). Diagnosis is primarily based on lumbar puncture (LP) opening pressure (OP) and there is an unmet need for a non-invasive and reliable method for long term ICP monitoring. We aimed to test a novel method for estimating ICP based on retinal vessel dynamics.
