Children's Parade

These unidentified children are participating in an unidentified parade. Judging by the children's costumes, it may have been a Halloween Parade. The building in the background is the Vernal Post Office. There is a truck for Calder's Pasteurized Dairy Products parked along the side of the street. There are several other cars parked nearby as well. The woman near the front left of the photo is unidentified.
