This is the BPW float for the Utah Centennial Parade. The unidentified children on the float are dressed as bees. There is a large beehive in the center of the float. The businesses in the background are Westinghouse Appliances (Searle Electric Appliance Co.), Vernal City Office Free Museum, and Save-A-Nickel Market. Note the Utah Centennial flags hanging from the buildings and across the street. This photograph is one of the frames in the roll of negatives that is cataloged under the accession number RHC.2023.02.01. |
