Title |
Do Retinal Microvascular Changes Improve TIA Risk Stratification Scores? ABCD2 vs. ABCDEye |
Creator |
Beau Bruce, MD, PhD |
Subject |
Vascular Disorders |
Description |
The ABCD score is widely used for transient ischemic attack (TIA) risk stratification in the emergency department (ED). We aimed to determine the effect of adding retinal microvascular findings and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) positivity to the ABCD2 score for predicting the probability of a cerebrovascular event (CVE). |
