While the promise of technology is that things will be easier and faster, we find ourselves working longer hours and getting less done. We are so busy with gadgets that we don't have time to talk or build relationships or think aor relax or be kind. We need a sleeping pill to sleep, an alarm clock to wake up, and a pain pill to make it through the day. "Who shall hurry. We want 3 be able to stand? I ask you one more time, "Who shall be able and to stand?" W e used to have faith that God was in charge and that He would one day make everything alright. That He was on the side of those what were right and that He would one day level the playing field and give us the victory. The people of God have to do 5 something to make a change. That's why I sing: "In times like these, we need a savior; in times like these we need an anchor."
