Show JESUS WANTS TO COME IN "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and opens the door; I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me." (Revelation 3:20) This text is often misunderstood and we sometimes even sing a song that sends the message out wrong. When we sing "Somebody's Knocking At Your Door," we seem Jesus is to be knocking suggesting that at the door of the heart of the unsaved person and is waiting for that unsaved person to let Him in. Our purpose must be to experience the Eternal, to know Him in the pardon of our sins, and to hear Him speaking into and be available to be filled our . lives. Open the door by entering into your closet, shutting the door and praying. Open the door by reading, studying, meditating on, and living daily His word. Open the door by being compassionate toward others and caring for the needy. Open the door by walking in faith and keeping your commitments until your journey is complete. Open the door by walking in the light as He is in the light. 4 Jesus wants to in. come Open the door and He will encourage your spirit. Open the door and He will counsel your soul. Open the door and He will occupy your heart. Open the door and He will forgive your sins. Open the door and He will relieve your burdens. Give Him access to every part of your being and let Him reign. He will enlarge your territory and brighten your way.
