Show A ROOT OUT OF DRY GRQUND Isaiah 53: 1-6 There are countless numbers of images and types in The Bible. They help us to understand the truth about God in our lives. They are often familiar things used to describe not so familiar things. Today's text includes one of those vivid images, a root our of dry ground, to describe the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ as they impact our lives. Listen at verse 2: "For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, and as a root out of dry ground." The Word of The Lord through Isaiah suggesting with that term "dry ground" that Jesus would come out of humble circumstances in birth, that he seems to be 1 will grow and develop in a world of contrast, and that even his death would unexpected victory. But I've come to remind you that out of that dry ground of this ungodly culture, Jesus can take schools are root and grow. The grace of God is more powerful than drugs or gangs. For God is still springing up the most unlikely places and changing hearts. There is hope of a root out of dry ground in our place of ministry and service. Listen, God wants us to bend like green trees and be available for Him to use us.
