CONGREGATION: With this view, we engage to strive together for the advancement of this Church in knowledge, holiness, and comfort, to promote its prosperity and spirituality, to worship, ordinances, discipline, and doctrines. gladly make as stewards of that which God has to sustain its MINISTER: What vow do we us? entrusted CONGREGATION: To contribute cheerfully by TITHING as taught i-n the Bible to the support of the ministry, the expenses of the Church, the relief of the poor, and the spread of the Gospel throughout all nations. CONGREGATION: We also engage to maintain family and secret devotion, to reli giously educate our Children; to seek the salvation of our kindred acquaintances. MINISTER: For the sake of the unsaved for whom Christ, died, to what manner of life and conversation are we solemnly pledged? CONGREGATION: To walk circumspectly in the world; to be just in our dealings; faithful in our engagements, and exemplary in ourdeportment; to avoid all tattling; back-biting, and excessive anger; and to oppose all unbrotherly acts and attitudes in all walks of life toward any of God's children and to be zealous in our efforts to advance the kingdom of our Saviour.
