Our lives are centers of anxiety. Our minds are tossed in frustration. And we wonder where peace is as we remember the Prince of Peace. around us. Is there time to withdraw from the rush of life and are there a few anybody really care about anybody else and do about ourselves? Is there a place of quiet rest for weary souls some moments for meditation? Do care we and worn spirits? the advice of James is wisdom for this very time. 'raw nigh to God, rr "The Lord is \1i th you, while fe are ",d th him; and He will draw nigh to you. and if ye seek him, he will be found by 'you; but if ye forsake him, he will forsake you.tt ( 2nd Chron. 15:26) Yes, there is a place of quiet rest. Perhaps That place is where God is. Now, although many of us think otherwise, God has never left us. We"left God. All we need do is remember where we strayed and return to God. He is waiting as Our Father with outstretched arms of weLcome; when we come to ourselves, we can go back home. "Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water." ' ( Hebrews As 10:22) For there is a place of quiet rest. draw nigh to God, God will draw nigh to us. Remember, as the prodigal returned S0n home, the father ran out to meet him. Now, he has come back to the place of quiet. Life may be busy but don't forget about God. You may be in forget about God.
