The application of narrow vinyl siding and the replacement of original windows with modern sliders have substantively altered the building's integrity of workmanship, materials, feeling, and association. Due to increasing residential and light industrial development, the property's integrity of setting has also been compromised. Therefore, the property warrants a C-rating (IneligiblelNon-Contributing) under the reconnaissance-level survey rating system of the Utah Division of State History.
