Correspondence from 1967 between Marriner S. Eccles and various people and groups requesting his participation and attendance at various events. Due to his busy schedule and dividing his time between residences in Salt Lake City and San Francisco, Mr. Eccles declined many more invitations than he accepted. Correspondents included Ernest L. Wilkinson, President of Brigham Young University; S. J. ("Joe") Quinney; Neal A. Maxwell, Executive Vice President at the University of Utah; and David A. Law of the Department of Humanities at the University of Missouri-Rolla. Includes a program for the Stevens Institute of Technology's centennial convocation ("Man and the 21st century"), held in November of 1967. |
