Correspondence of Marriner S. Eccles with administrators, professors, and students at Utah State Agricultural College (renamed Utah State University) from 1952 to 1956. Some of the letters related to the establishment of scholarships at various colleges under the First Security Foundation. Correspondents include recipients of Political Science scholarships Mr. Eccles funded in the 1950s, as well as business professor Milton R. Merrill and Presidents H. Aldous Dixon and Glen L Taggart. Includes the program for the 1952 Commencement ceremony, and the program for the 68th Founders' Day celebration in 1956, at which Mr. Eccles received a Distinguished Service Award. |
