Description Watson, Utah, was an end of the line railroad town for the Uintah Railway, named for W. G. Watson. This north view of Watson shows the end of the fright depot to the right. Just beyond the depot is the St. Regis Motel and E.E. Heaton's store. Sheep pens and a loading chute are seen behind the hotel. This small town was home to some of the railroad workers, depot operators and a few others that maintained the small town.
