Description Osteopathia striata combined with cranial sclerosis (OS-CS) is a bone dysplasia which manifests with macrocephaly, thickened craniofacial bones, and vertically oriented radiodensities of the long bones. Here, we present a severe case of OS- CS causing an optic neuropathy.
