Description Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is a necrotizing vasculitis of small and medium-sized vessels which typically presents with a rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis and inflammation of the upper and lower respiratory tract1. We present an unusual case of GPA with eosinophilia presenting with isolated orbital involvement.
