Includes two speeches about Vietnam by New York Senator Jacob Javits printed in the Congressional Record, July 13 and August 11, 1967; and copies of a series of letters from a Vietnamese friend to Lawrence Jacobs of Santa Monica, California, in 1963 to 1965, sent by Mr. Jacobs to Mr. Eccles. |
