Includes a series of exchanges between Mr. Eccles and John Kenneth Galbraith, with a mimeographed copy (22 pages) of an address by Galbraith entitled "Vietnam: to change the tide," delivered on 26 August 1967 at a meeting in Ascutney, Vermont, of the Committee for Alternatives in Vietnam. |
