Description Inflammatory ocular disease in anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) associated vasculitides (AAV) occurs more commonly as a manifestation of systemic disease(1). Here we report a unique case of AAV which selectively affected only the retina, optic nerve, and meninges without any systemic or anterior ocular involvement.
