Description A variety of post-streptococcal syndromes exist, including rheumatic heart disease, reactive arthritis, glomerulonephritis, and other autoimmune disorders. Pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorder associated with group A Streptococcus (PANDAS) is a particularly unique post-streptococcal syndrome characterized by obsessive-compulsive features. Intracranial hypertension (IH) has also been reported as a post-streptococcal syndrome. We examined a patient with diagnosed PANDAS who presented with signs and symptoms of intracranial hypertension.
