Description Morning glory disc anomaly (MGDA) has been associated with several midline defects such as cleft lip and palate, basal encephalocele, and agenesis of the corpus collosum. Moyamoya and other cerebrovascular anomalies have also been reported. We present 4 patients with MGDA and enlargement of the ipsilateral chiasm on MRI and review the literature.
