Description Both visual sensory deprivation and certain brain lesion may induce hallucinatory phenomena. The mechanisms of these processes remain however, obscure. We report two patients with visual hallucinosis associated with hypoperfusion of the right occipito-temporal cortex in absence of infarction of the visual areas.
