Lee, MD A n 82-year-old man presented with progressively worsening oscillopsia and intermittent binocular oblique diplopia, with a history of severe sensorimotor peripheral neuropathy being treated with intravenous immunoglobulin. His examination is significant for downbeat nystagmus, worse when looking to the left and right.
