Baltimore, Vision 2030: Shaping Our Region's Future Together, Final Report

This report contains a distillation of all the ideas presented by Baltimore region residents who participated in Vision 2030 activities. Vision 2030 encompasses six major thematic areas: Economic Development, Education, Environment, Government and Public Policy, Livable Communities, and Transportation. Vision 2030 creates a framework for policy and management decisions that can make the region economically competitive, a leader in addressing environmental issues, and a champion in the arena of social equity.
