Title search completed Feb. 2021) Built on area occupied for a number of years by the Young Men's Co-Op. Everett Strate operated Strate's Garage with a gas pump on Main Street operated it for many years. A Everett Strate died in 196 I. He lived in the "Frantzen house" on the north side of the garage. Van Dyke family used it for commercial purposes. Current owner is Colin Campbell family. Current use is the Spring City Art Gallery. * 2021 updates were completed for buildings constructed between c.1915 and c.1960. These buildings had been documented previously only at a minimal level, in large part because the period of significance for the historic district ended in 1915. The Spring City Young Men's Coop was built on this site in lR90.
