Title search completed Feb. 2021) James H Petersen died in 1939. Ted Jensen, bachelor, lived there for a number of years. After his death it was enlarged and modernized by Dale Lewis. *2021 updates were completed for buildings constructed between c.1915 and c.1960. These buildings had been documented previously only at a minimal level, in large part because the period of significance for the historic district ended in 1915. The 2021 update of the National Register documentation for the historic district would expand that to c.1960.
