Level Survey Month/Year: 07 / 2020 National Register Status: IN NATIONAL REGISTER HISTORIC DISTRICT Construction Year(s): c.1925 Comments: UNDISTINCTIVE; 2021 Updated Ownership History (Compiled by Spring City Town Historian Kaye Watson. Title search completed Feb. 2021) Lester and Dora Parnell lived there for a number of years. Lester Parnell died 1989, his wife Dora died 2005. Boyd Mickel bought home in 2005 and remodeled and updated it. Leslie (daughter) lives there now. *2021 updates were completed for buildings constructed between c.1915 and c.1960. These buildings had been documented previously only at a minimal level, in large part because the period of significance for the historic district ended in 1915. The . 2021 update of the National Register documentation for the historic district would expand that to c.1960.
