Her son Ray B. (1885-1960) lived next door at 333 6th Avenue and she transferred title of this property to him in 1930, but later (1944) transferred the title to her daughter Manie B. Needham who also lived there. Elizabeth had come to Utah from England as a Mormon convert. She lived here un til her death. , .. The Bungalow Style, earth tone brick, and horizontal massing of this house contribute to the architectural character of the Avenues. The design of the house was probably chosen from an architectural pattern book by its original owner or a speculative builder, a common practice in the district. 3256 Utah State Historical Society Property Type: 11 2 Site No. _ _ _ _ _ _ __ Historic Preservation Research Office r; I\TCrl K[Y 18D4C41'HJ2 Structure/Site Information Form 1 Street Address: 0 (I 3 C1 i= Name of Structure: z o u::: i= z w c Present Owner: EVEin.
