Title Human resources and requirements for community health nursing
Date 1988-06
Description This study was a survey of community health nursing resources and requirements in Utah by health district. The research technique utilized was derived from a model designed by the Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education. The model looks at current and projected needs for community health nurses. It compares demands with current and projected supplies of nurses by educational level in 12 local health districts. The primary finding of the study indicates that the projected supply of educationally-prepared nurses will be inadequate to meet requirements in the majority of health districts.
