Show Goals for UHSLC in 2007 1. Present a descriptive poster about UHSLC at ULA 2008 and/or MCMLA 2007 in Omaha; October 12-16 (joint meeting with Midwest Chapter) [Jeanne Le Ber, Joan Stoddart, Allyson Mower, Valeri Craigle] Completed. 2. Create a digital collection of historical UHSLC materials for inclusion in the University of Utah Institutional Repository or on the UHSLC website [Lynn Wilson, Joan Stoddart, Jeanne Le Ber, Allyson Mower, Lynda VanWagoner] Completed: the collection was created in ContentDM; the website design is in place; we have evaluated the record structure and developed the field guidelines; Krista is the point person for entering records; In process: Krista will receive training and begin the input process this coming week (December 6 at 10:00) 3. Formalize a Reference Continuity Service so that requests can be addressed in the event of a temporary library closure [John Bramble] a. Create a career fair campaign for Health Sciences Librarians [Marilyn Schwartz] Completed: Marilyn has exhibited at a Career Fair in November 2008. Ensure that all UHSLC members will be assisted and trained to update Serhold - 100% compliance [John Bramble and Camille Salmond with Laura Jones] 6.
